E-DOSSIER

This assignment was about identifying and assessing staff and district technology needs and goals.  The first part of the assignment provided experience in identifying how staff react to change, which can be used to help guide staff support and development.  The second portion created the experience of making decisions about a technology goal.  It created a valuable opportunity to deeply examine and consider the decisions related to technology.  Each section allowed me to show my attention to detail and the flowchart shows my skills in aesthetic design.
